Work Study in Helllllo Nurse!

I nailed the interview and because I am registered all year round I am eligible for work study all year round; not just during fall/spring semesters. I start June 1st, 4 days a week, a set schedule, minimum wage and on the books. I’ll be working the front information desk below the academic advisement department. Shifts start 30 minutes after my last class and they work around my schedule. Because work study puts a greater importance on education, we are allowed to do our homework when it is slow and are exempt from write ups if we call in late for exams or other academic related reasons. I’m so unbelievably excited. I almost cried. For once in my life I have a real freaking job that doesn’t involve stocking shelves or being screamed at in Turkish.
