Im now a 13 yr old girl. in A New Beginning to an Old Story.

I wasn’t really like this as a tween but you always see and hear about it. Those girls who have their first big crush, and swear they’re in love, and they become sick little obsessed basket cases. Who wait by the phone for hours. Checking the dial tone to make sure its still working. Remember dial tones!?

Now that I type this out, the analogy doesn’t really fit what I’m going for. But let’s just roll with it. And I’ll do us all a favor and get to my point.

I’m stalking my email. Like obsessively. Refreshing the page, checking my internet to make sure its working. Also checking my phone.

I am finished this project next Wednesday and want to have a new job lined up so I can quit and not have to go out of town anymore. The only issue with that is… Most people need you in town in order to do that thing they like to do… Meet you. Interview you. Ughhhh.

I’ve been offered two jobs already but when they found out I can’t come in for another week, I heard the whole “oh… Well… I kinda need you now…so… If we don’t go with someone else by then… I’ll call you.”

When do they ever NOT go with someone else?

I’m also emailing people about houses. But again, my lease isn’t up until June 30. Most places want to rent RIGHT NOW.
I don’t want to wait. Why must I wait!?

The countdown is on though, guys. 7 days....
