Garden pics in Another Open Diary refugee

I’ve just posted a bunch of pics of our front garden and my (slow) progress in civilising it to my photo blog… Civilising my garden.
And in other news, we had cranes in our front yard this morning! It was very exciting and they were super tame, so I took photos from closer than I’ve ever gotten to a Sand Hill Crane before. The female was happy to peck up seeds from the feeder after I put some down on the ground for her, but the male was unduly fascinated with the car… Again, see my blog… Cranes in our garden

I love when the wild things start noticing their own reflections! We have to close the door so our dog won't see her reflection in the mirror. Your garden is looking lovely!
