As I write the Duchess of Cambridge is in labour. We are being told that every five minutes on the news media - already the party leaders have said they are excited - and the cameras are pointed at the door of the maternity wing in London, even though nothing is happening.

Cameron was on BBC 1 Breakfast tv this morning - I turned it off - I could not face anymore

Meanwhile a picture of my neighbour’s washing! I just wanted to take a pic of a wonderfully capacious bra - and one of my abiding memories of a summer two years ago is when she was in the garden in a t shirt and bra-less.
Another holiday weekend here - and rain is forecast. Across the road a neighbour is cutting is lawn - and SW… has gone out to play golf hoping that they get round before it arrives - which means I am in charge - so here I am!!!
