HAPPY BIRTHDAY M.I.L. in AWAKEN

Today would have been my mother in law’s 60th birthday, I say would have been because she past away October 12th, 2010............My wife is a white woman, I have no problem with that at all(love is love), so in actual reality she my STEPMOTHER IN LAW, my dad in law was married twice, once to my actual mother in law( that ended badly from what I heard) and then my OTHER mother in law( most men will read this and cringe) but my D.I.L. second wife is whom I talking about today........she was great, she treated me like one of her kids and I had no problem with it. She hug me, joked with me, and loved me........and I loved her too. She wasn’t like your average M.I.L. she was different, she didn’t threaten me with bodily harm if something happen to her daughter( my wife), she told jokes with cussing in them, drank beer, and even thou she had dentures....she never wore them............but that how she was, never held anything back and never apologized for anything she said to people(she reminds me of my mother so dam bad, only she was white). She passed away 7 months after me and my wife moved to Nebraska..........on my sister’s birthday non the less, my wife and dad took it hard, still do, I do as well, it kind of reminded me of my father’s passing in 1998, I didn’t get to say goodbye to him and it haunted me for 15 years, that is until I found out where he was buried. My mom in law was loved by all, hated by some, and never had any ill feelings for me, and that why I loved her. Tonight my wife is making a big dinner in her honor, to top it off we will be drinking her favorite beverage.............COKE, I don’t drink soda any longer(haven’t in three years) but for her I will make a complete exception, so TO YOU JANICE LAIBLE, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, I HOPE THE ANGELS AND EVERYONE ELSE IS ENJOYING YOUR DAY LIKE WE ARE............I WOULD RATHER HAVE YOU HERE WITH US, BUT THE LORD NEEDED YOU MORE, I MISS YOU OLD LADY, SEE YOU WHEN I GET THERE DARLING, R.I.P..................UNTIL NEXT TIME FOLKS.
