Personal Training day two in Bringing the body back.

My little boy of a trainer was out sick ( hes like 20 haha) So i got one of the older men. I really like this guy, he makes me laugh, he smiles he laughs he jokes. He explaines things well.
ANNYWHO these are the workouts i did today after warming up with 10 minutes of an elliptical.

Audra did awesome in the daycare today, she was crawling around playing when i came in :D No more big brother keeping an eye on here there. Looks like it went great!

After i did those, I did 10 minutes on the stair stepper, 10 minutes of tricep dips. bicep curls, thigh presses, and a few other moves. Then 10 minutes on the bike.
Going good! At least for a start.
I guess i should take some measurements, it makes it more meaningful to measure again later on! Those are not so pretty though!
