Sunday at home in January Jottings

Up early,( 6 a.m.) on the computer to see what the weather will be, read my mail and have breakfast. 9 a.m. Church and talk to a few friends. Back home, Brian, my son, is just getting up and is making his own breakfast. He drives his daughter, Liz, to work at Walmart. 11:30, My grandson, Charles, gets up, come upstairs for coffee. I have an early lunch, grilled cheese sandwiches and a banana with a cup of coffee.

I watch a 2 knitting programs on TV then have a nap. After I get up, I empty the dishwasher and put the dirtied dishes inside. I put my soiled clothing in the washer and go back upstairs. I make a cup of tea and watch TV. Brian and I watch a movie, and then I prepare supper, A roast with roasted vegetables. It will take a while to cook.

After supper, I will be alone, Brian in his room ( he smokes ) and Charles playing his Space Engineer game in his room downstairs. Kimmy stays at my feet.
And so it goes.
