Quiet sunday in Lithgow. Sat this morning watching BBC Choirs of Praise semi final while eating homemade Fettucine with Smoked salmon, Mushroom, Capsicum and Garlic. S
This afternoon went into work for three hours and then hot the gym for two hours.
One hour resistance and one hour slow low walk on treadmill.
Home for dinner a Radox bath and bed .
My Sunday.
