Cyclone in Im new

I am stuck in country NSW and my family are in Brisbane. The rain is coming.
I also own a house in Yeppoon and have many friends there. Waiting to hear what happened from the cyclone (cat 4) that went through earlier today.
Gym is going well. six days straight, lots of cardio so far. Start resistance on sunday. Can’t wait for the muscle burn lol
