Had a phone call today from Jennette. To say, she had, Issy,, to Dr. It seems she has shingles. This is very unusual for a child to get, it’s usually adults. So now she will have attacks all through her life.
Issy, had her long hair cut last week. Not seen her yet, can’t wait. It’s sonething she wanted and told me last week that she wanted her hair cut.

There is a vaccine for shingles now. I know you can get it as an adult who has had chickenpox, but that is all i know about it.
My d-i-l had shingles and it was horrible. Hope this will be a mild case if there is such a thing.
