The base color, the blue, is Zoya Prim. The silvery glitter on top is OPI Pirouette My Whistle. OPI wins for worst polish name puns every time.

I love OPI's names. My favorite color is Germanicure, but I think my actual favorite name is Don't Pretzel My Buttons. ^_^
