The lighter blue is Scallywag from Butter London, then I sponged a polished called Spaaaace! by Vivid Lacquer onto the tips. The stamp is also from Vivid Lacquer, off her plate vl016. I used Zoya Purity for the stamp, then went back over it with Wet N Wild Break The Ice to make them more…icy, but it didn’t really work like I wanted. :)
