Florence was extremely busy. I didn’t expect it to be so busy. Isn’t this out-of-season?
We parked outside the city and took the tram into central Florence. No gallery. The queue was down the street and round the corner and even some of the folk who had paid to skip the queue didn’t get entry into the gallery! Despite this, I saw loads of sculptures around the city itself.
Focaccia for lunch. And tiramisu ice cream for dessert.
What an incredible city!
