Saw a friend a few days ago that I hadn’t seen in almost a year. Caught up on life while drinking a few beers at our local dive bar. He told me of his future plans but everything seems to be still in the air.
Anyways, got back to his car and asked me if I wanted to spend the night at his place. I (drunkenly) agreed and we spent the rest of the night tripping on some cough certain substances that alter the physical world around you.
Next morning I went back home, but no before talking about doing something this summer. Came up with a rough idea to go to New Orleans for the 4th of July. I’m not really a big 4th of July type of guy, but I figured since this was the 250th year, might be a good year to “celebrate.” I also figured that New Orleans is cheap and is a good excuse to just get wasted. Also helps that we’re only a few hours away by car, which would save us some money. So I guess now I better start saving up.
