My vacations are almost coming to an end: just two more days and I will be back to the grind. It’s not that I don’t like my job, but the thought of waking up early and struggling with traffic to and from is not something I’m looking forward to.
This time I decided not to go anywhere out of the city. I decided to stay home and devote more time to things I like. That, for me, is in itself a way to rest, even if it implies spending hours reading papers and whatnot. It will also save me quite some money, unlike most of my previous vacations, and this will do me well.
It’s barely two minutes away from Thursday now. My plan is to sleep late into the morning, make some coffee, read a little, maybe going to the pool, but just maybe. And maybe I’ll go for a walk at the park, but again, just maybe.
