Colour and Joy, Hope and Connection in The dotted line

I think the words to describe this are:

"Ohhhhh my word, this is AMAZING!!!"

The floor is covered in colour and joy and hope and connection and its just so flippin beautiful!

Whatever it is that bounces around in me, this artist has it and translates it so simply and gorgeously into something tangible.

I've wait ages for this!

I ordered 6 weeks ago. 

But my order was never sent.

Week on week my anxiety grew, and I reached out again.. and again.. 

I never got a single response and it drove me crazy.

It went against everything they stood for, it made no sense.

And their shop was the only place on the planet that I could buy their book and my favourite print.

If they didn't fulfill this order, I wouldn't be able to get them at all.

Eventually I mourned the loss and said no more, it was too confusing, too stress inducing.

So after 5 weeks, I emailed them one final time to let them know I would be beginning the charge-back process.

Within 24 hours they responded, and explained the error and said they'd put my order together straight away and include some free gifts.

I was just delighted I was going to finally get my order, that's all I needed!

But Wow!!!!

Woooowwwwwwwww........

They sent me a note, apologising profusely. 

And the book, prints, zine and sticker that I ordered....

And 12 extra art prints.......!

And an embroidered keyring, 2 badges and an extra sticker.

All wrapped in custom paper and sealed with "Queers stand with Palestine" stickers.

I'm almost lost for words.

I sent them a thank you email explaining how much it all meant.

Part of my order was intended for one of my friends in America who has been campaigning with all her gusto for the last year. Just a little hope-filled joy to renew her spirits.. now I can send her so much more! Such as a little sticker of cute frogs in a little teacup that says "Community Smashes Facism", and a tiny A6 zine entitled "Don't forget that the world can be full of magic".

Gosh, just looking at this stuff fills my heart up so much!
