OH!! And one more thing! I’m postdating this entry for tomorrow. I just wanted to make a point to update…even if it is a quickie:
10. Keep up with journaling. Check.
9. Keep up with the workouts and intensify incrementally. Oops. See? This always happens when I travel. I lost it right before I went to Vegas, and haven’t worked out since. I am taking workout clothes on my trip and have every intention of working out at some point even if it’s just stretching and taking a walk. Wish me luck!
8. Eat healthfully! Hm. I’m not doing so well. Maybe I should just skip this month all together! It’s really hard while traveling. And especially when I come back from a trip with Girl Scout cookies waiting for me on my desk!
7. Nurture close relationships. I am now officially a loser! Damn. The only relationship I’ve nurtured is the relationship that I have with my computer! Sad, isn’t it? I’m more worried about losing my computer access while on this trip than I am losing touch with Becca, which I all but have!
6. Limit online time. See above.
5. Take a fun vacation! Can I amend this? I’d like to change it to Take a Romantic Vacation I’ll work on that going forward.
4. Try to chill at work. Nope. Not happening yet.
3. Cherish parents. Still do. Very much so. Need to work on showing them how much I love and cherish them. That’s the next step.
2. Go above and beyond. I’ll repeat what I said last month verbatim: Right now, I can’t even get there, let alone go above and beyond.
1. Stop getting drunk. At this point, it’s not an option. I want to amend this one too. Stop putting yourself in risky situations.
