I know, you’re going to be so sick of me until I get myself out of this.
I took a drive today to get something to drink. I turned on the radio to NPR because I wanted NO part of any music. But there was some interview on with some guy talking about a study that was done regarding gratitude and how writing down (every day!) a list of things that you are grateful for–for that day, is a prescription for leading a happier life.
