Better do my grateful list for today:
Getting out of bed this morning.
Having an amazingly understanding boss who talked to me for quite a while about stuff today.
Eating something today (spring rolls)
Not sending a scathing reply to EXMF’s email (said he feels emotionally empty when he thinks about me). Not contacting him at all.
Making an appointment with a counselor for tomorrow.
Getting one assignment done at work (much better than none!)
