Well, well, well. I found someone I’m interested in. Imagine that?!
I don’t know what will happen or where this is going, but all signs point to GO right now. Two dates down in two nights and now he leaves for Los Angeles and Denver and I’m not sure when he’ll be back, but I do know this: he wants to be back SOON.
Not only has he JUST purchased a house here, but he’s in the process of moving right now.
I met his best friend and his BFF’s wife last night. Really wonderful people.
He’s nice, polite, and extremely well dressed (you know how much I love that, right? I mean, met him in his jeans and a tee Sunday night–long story…but last night was YUMMMMMM–dress pants, high-count dress shirt and Bulgari cuff links?! Oh yes. I’m no gold-digger, I have my own, but a smashingly dressed man makes my heart flutter). He’s friendly and warm and affectionate. He’s worldly (lived in Singapore, Shanghai and Tokyo for 10 years), was a business owner but sold (for a nice chunk), and is now a VP for a manufacturing company and is able to live anywhere he wants as long as he can commute.
So he’s moving here. And it sounds like he wants a GF to come along for the ride (oh…he’s also a Harley guy). And while I’m guarded, I’m hip to hanging out with him.
Let’s see where this thing takes us!
Need to get ready for work–just wanted to get that in writing.
My presentation at the IMPORTANT board meeting yesterday went very well! So well, in fact, that after we were done, my BIG boss took us out for a quick cocktail at this fancy-pants hotel near the office! Not bad.
But then I didn’t get all my work done yesterday and I had to leave the office by 7 in order to meet Mr. HOTness for dinner by 7:30.
Oh, this life. I am crazed, but I LOVE it!!! : )
