This will probably be the only time today I have to squeak out an entry, so I’ll try to make this one better than yesterday’s, but I can’t promise.
Has anyone read the book Turbocharged? It was recommended to SP and me this weekend so we both downloaded it to our iPads and iPhones and we are determined to read this book and start the diet. I’m just wondering if anyone else out there has read/done this one?
The reviews are pretty great, and it sounds like an interesting method that I may actually be able to use. I am going back over to SP’s house after I take care of Ol’ Tan Man Kitty and pack a bag for work tomorrow. We are going to go on another walk/run…perhaps even ride our bikes before it gets dark.
I love that it gets lighter earlier in the mornings now, but I hate how soon it gets dark. I get sleepy as soon as it gets dark, so it bums me out. Nice to have an extra hour of sleep, though.
SP leaves tomorrow on a biz trip. I’ll be able to update better then. Things I’m thinking about lately:
