So, what is happening in my life? Not much.
I have the oppertunity to go out tonight. Problem? Severe shortage of funds. I am steadily making my way through semester 2 at uni, even though one of the things I have been asked to do is nigh on impossible.
Still don’t have my results from Semester 1 though. This is due to industrial action by the teaching staff because of conditions. Although I fully support them in what they are attempting to achieve, it is still frustrating. I can’t have failed anything though, as we were assured that if this happened we would be warned.
It does not help that the psychology department at my uni is in turmoil at the moment.
Brit readers will no doubt have heard all about the Selby rail crash by now. Well on Monday it was revieled that one of the victims was a psychology lecturer at my university.
I must admit that I did not have any contact with him, but it has still hit a lot closer to home than usual with these things.
Anyway, I will stop boring you now.
Quick thought: which came first: the chicken or the concept ‘chicken’?
