Erm, no. I can’t think of a single balad that ends with watermelons. Rodge gave what is actually a logical answer:

A shot up the artists nose as it zooms out to inifinity as they are singing the highest note they can or maybe a cheesy grin from the singer and a rose thrown from the audience

What is it with you and nudity? Anyway the right answer is a murder. Yup. Nick Cave believes that every ballad should end with a murder. Listening to some of his stuff, you can tell.
