Throughout this survey, imagine you are on front of two doors. You have to choose one to go through and your life will be changed according to your choice. I.e., if you choose rich and lonely for choice 1 when you go through the door you will become rich and lonely. Whichever one you choose, you have to live with that choice for the rest of your life. You do not need to explain your choices if you do not wish to do so.
Choice 1) Rich and lonely or poor and surrounded by friends.
Choice 2) Rich or famous.
Choice 3) Blind or deaf.
Chice 4) Well paid managerial job or low paid job helping others.
Choice 5) Stuck in a horror film or stuck in a romantic comedy.
Choice 6) Stuck on Buffy or stuck on Dawsons Creek.
Choice 7) Unable to listen to music or listen to music all day every day.
Choice 8) Stay at home or move to a strange new place.
Choice 9) Drop out of university/college and get a well paid job or graduate and work at a fast food resteraunt.
Choice 10) Never drink alcohol again or drink nothing but alcohol.
