The rest of the world will rejoice if Denmark beat England tomorrow.
The English have been by far the most boring team at these World Cup finals.
I’m sure most neutrals will be happy to see the back of them.
England have been very defensive and haven’t even scored a goal from open play so far.
The World Cup is all about entertaining football, scoring goals and trying to show you are the best team.
The rest of us have tried to do that and served up some very exciting clashes in the Group stages.
But the English almost sent people to sleep because they have been so afraid to allow the talented individual players in their squad to express themselves.
If they were to go on and win the World Cup would anyone still be awake to witness it?
England keep packing men behind the ball to frustrate opponents and it can’t be very nice for people to watch their games live on TV.
We are worried England will try and take our match all the way to a penalty shoot out. It is well known they have been practising taking spot kicks.
But we are confident they won’t get that far.
Sweden or Argentina would have been far more formidable opponents in a one off match.
That isn’t arrogance on our part. We leave that sort of stuff to the English.
We have heard all their talk about what they are going to do to Brazil in the quarter-finals and how they are going to win the World Cup.
It has angered us because they are dismissing Denmark as if we are nothing.
Hopefully we will be able to do our talking where it matters most … on the pitch.
We know it will be tough because, negative though they are, England do have some very talented players who can spring surprises.
But we know if we play to our best we will beat them.
I even heard the English manager has promised his players a night with their wives and girlfriends on Saturday night after they have beaten us.
They will get to meet up with their women … on the plane home!
