I went to see Hamilton on Saturday.
It was absolutely amazing. I’ve seen the version on Disney+, but seeing it live was a completely different experience. Wish I’d got a different seat though, mine was in the last row in the Gallery apart from standing.
The rest of thew weekend was mostly watching Glastonbury. Unfortunately, I missed Pulp, sorry, Patchwork and Bob Vylan (it’s hilarious that people are getting bent out of shape about a band who are outspoken about politics being outspoken about politics). I did see Self Esteem, Lewis Capaldi (great to see him back), The Prodigy, Lorde, CMAT, Alanis Morisette, Loyle Carner, PinkPantheress, Black Country, New Road, Anohini and the Johnsons, and Kae Tempest (who was amazing, as ever). And there’s still stuff in iPlayer I want to watch.
I had a blood test last week and the results came back the next day. Still borderline pre-diabetic.
