I never got to ask about that job. For various reasons, I wasn't able to talk to my TL until yesterday, by which time the ad had vanished.
However, yesterday was a brilliant day.
First of all, I got the results of my latest diabetes blood test from the doctor. Now, I haven't been eating particularly healthily since starting work because, well, I don't have the time. Despite that, my diabetes levels have gone from pre-borderline to normal.
Then I had a 121 with my TL. I'm absolutely smashing it at work, particularly my quality scores. I have to have a formal probation meeting, because of the warning, but that's a formality. I have officially passed probation.
In addition, my TL told me he's happy to support me on whatever track I choose to progress through the company. I'm thinking training.
I may also be plotting something else that'll make life easier.
