Hi there - I don’t see a lot of entries with photos and was wondering, for those who do use photos in your entries, where are you hosting them? I used to have an old Photo Bucket account, but the email that was attached to is long deactivated, so rather than trying to create a new Photo Bucket account, I wanted to see what other options there are out there that people are using. I am an Amazon Prime member (I know, I know, but where I live is a desert for anything other than stuff you can find a Tractor Supply) and use Google Photos. Do any of those work?
Anyhoo, life here in Dollar General land continues to (not) thrill. People here have not yet figured out that the state is in recession. Instead, they blame Biden for their month outlasting their money though fewer are wearing those red hats.
More businesses have been failing around here though, so at some point someone is going to notice.
I will not be working the polls this year, so at least that stress is off my shoulders. One of our senators just announced she is going to run again and the comments on her post were epic in their roastiness (not a word and I do not care). Nothing less than she deserves.
Home life is wonderful. My hubby is a true gem. I won’t bore you all with the rest, but one thing he did recently that I didn’t expect - he ate some tofu and I didn’t even trick him (Not that I would). I had made it for my lunch and his lunch was not really a good full serving, so at first he had just the veggies (stir fried cabbage with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, carrots, onions, coconut aminos) from my lunch and when I said well what would you like tomorrow and he said more of this, pointing to the veggies. I said well there is tofu in the rest of the veggies and he said he would eat it. He liked it. Who knew? Most of you might not think this is a big deal but this is a guy who looks at avocado like it is something catching. He won’t eat Brussels sprouts and rarely touches broccoli. But he is also a good sport.
