I couldn’t pinpoint a specific incident or event that was the most fun to me… I am all about having fun no matter where I am. But, I do know when to be serious, believe it or not.
Being at work
This is always a blast… I have the most amazing coworkers and we can all be a barrel of laughs. And my job is so much fun in itself, because I am doing what I love more than anything… being a paramedic.
Being with family
Well, some of them… it can be a night sitting at the kitchen table just talking. One of my favorite memories is how I’d sit at the kitchen table at my Granny’s house with all my Golden Girls there, playing Scrabble, dying hair, doing nails, and the smoking. How there was no air conditioning in there at the time, and how the ceiling fans and the occasional breeze would feel so good on the sheen of perspiration all over from the humidity that we all know so well in the South.
Being with friends
I have the most amazing friends. They get my constant inappropriate humor and we all find humor in the most fucked up stuff. I’m always laughing with them. Pranks on each other. Hassling them about embarrassing moments. This also would fall under the being at work. LOL
All in all… if I died tomorrow, I’d say my life has been the most fun I’ve ever had. I’ve had many dark times, many times I’ve felt like I couldn’t deal with things that were going on, but most of the time, when I reflect upon it… I remember the times I was laughing. Laughing so hard that there were tears in my eyes, when I’d snort like Urkel, and even a time or two, actually peeing my pants. It’s been a blast.
