Time is fluid in Half-baked musings

Time is very fluid.

The more I do, the faster it arrives, but the slower it leaves.

The less I do, the slower it arrives, but the faster it leaves.

On a quiet week where nothing happens, the seconds tick by lazily in slow motion.
But by the end of the week, I remember little of it, and the days feel like they disappeared in a flash.

On a busy week, when I am full throttle, the hours spin by so fast that I have to chase them.
But by the end of the week, I remember a million details about it, and it feels like the days went on for months.

The order of memories is not chronological.

The stronger the emotion, the deeper the memory, the more recent it feels like it happened.

I went backpacking about 5 years ago... the calendar mistakenly thinks it was 13 years ago!

It seems time changes depending on how you spend it.

And you can make your life longer just by writing more memories!
