I gave mom her card when my son was in surgery I told her don't pay bills or go shopping till I got back. She in return order 2 brand new cellphones and a $1,800 warrantee for someone to come do repairs. I pulled up the better business bureau to discover the company is a scam. Now we don't have enough money to pay bills or rent while the bank tried to get her money from the scammer. I told her once she gets her money back I am taking her card. Overdrafting her cards 2 times in 2 months is to much. Last month she over drafted her card $500 to temu this month it's the people who promised to do warrantees but are a huge scam. They keep your money and don't do the repairs.
Due to moms stupidity I got to go Doordashing again to stop us from being homeless. Every month she does something so stupid it's shocking. This month she put her van in the shop to be repaired knowing she doesn't have the money to pay it. God help me between my moms stupidity and my husband and her fighting I might eventually be driven to drink..
When her new debit card comes in she will ever have it in her possession obviously being a responsible adult is to much for her.
