First time writing in Trying to stay one step ahead

I have read entries on OD for years but have never written anything. So here goes. Just an introduction. I live in Alberta with my husband and mother. We have 2 big dogs a labcross and a Newfoundland. My daughter and her partner and my son also live in the same town. She has 3 kids so see a lot of my grandchildren. I work as a security officer in an airport so between work and home life is never boring.
