OD was being so well behaved today but, of course, as soon as I decide to write an entry, it decides to return to its usual pokey self. Jerk.
I very much enjoyed my extra hour this weekend. I spent it sleeping. Oh, sweet sleep. It gets dark at like 5, now, though, so I'm not terribly pleased. It's not yet 6 and looks like the middle of the night. I like to complain about snow and cold, but the endless darkness is why I can't handle winter. Time to move to the equator?
I've been chipping away at the Musculoskeletal lectures all day today. I've gotten through nine of twelve, so yay progress. And I got all my Small Animal Gastroenterology lectures ready to study (aside from those we haven't had yet, that is. Having lectures the day before the exam is not a kind thing to do). I'm done at 2 tomorrow but Aaron won't be able to pick me up until 5ish so we'll see if I can make myself study them.
Stanley didn't make studying less difficult today.

Lazy bum :P
I was cutting a small mat off his left flank today and set it on the bed so I could cut off some more small knots. Then I looked over and it was gone. The little bugger ate it! Weirdo dog. Then, about an hour later, he barfed it up on the bed. Thanks, Fluffy. Thank goodness for waterproof mattress pads. So now all the bedding is being washed (and it probably needed it) and Aaron will have to put it back on because I have no idea how the bed suspenders that prevent the sheet and mattress cover from slipping off works.
I discovered a crappy snack and was most excited:

I ate too many of them and had to cut myself off. Also, my lampshade make sit look like I'm wearing a stripey, glowing fez. Fezzes are cool :P
Eventually Mogget decided to join me.

I swear he produces eye goobers faster than Stanley! When he sniffs things, he loves to shove his nose right up against whatever he's sniffing.
He was not a helpful study buddy...

Goofy kitten.
I think Stanley's barf was the most interesting thing that happened today. It's been pretty uneventful. Just studying and snacking while having my uterus try to tear itself apart. Aaron's making some Mulligatawny. He was roasting some almonds for it earlier and I want to go steal them. They don't need to be in the soup! He takes such good care of me :) When he goes back to school I'll have to repay the favor and actually figure out this whole cooking thing. Finally! A use for all my pinterest recipes :P
Off to shower and study more. WAHOO!
