Im so depressed. I haven’t worked since July 23 and filed unemployment. I am still waiting on a decision. They haven’t requested any info from me they just say keep requesting payment every 2 weeks and I have. I pray this kicks in while I continue to apply and interview. I requested today again so hopefully by Monday I am paid. If this kicks in-I will stay above water until I start work again.
I have interviewed a TON! I haven’t turned down anything and it seems that the market is just tight right now and it worried me. I had 3 interviews yesterday. One was a phone interview and 2 in person. One restaurant seems promising and the other restaurant was not something I would pursue. They said they are hiring 3 GMs and seeing who makes it first. That’s crazy to me. She actually referenced the Hunger Games….no thank you.
I went to Abilene last weekend to celebrate my sister turning 50! We had a surprise party and it was super fun. I can’t wait until my 3 weeks are up on here and I can find some diary friends and post publicly!
