My walkie talkie channel is making slow progress. That’s fine. I am just doing it for the sake of doing it. That and health. Health and mental wellness.
I’ve decided again that I really do like structure. Getting up early, writing, coffee, maybe a video or two, scan the news, then the day begins. I will typically do some sort of chore and then a walkie talkie, make a short video when I am out for my 8000 steps before lunch.
I’m not eating breakfast again, waiting till lunch, sometimes waiting till 2 or 3 pm. The hunger pains will come and go. After lunch my day can go in many different directions, sometimes all at once.
