I am officially under contract with a buyer for my condo. Just 72 hours after the listing went live. There was a second buyer who wanted to compete but couldn’t get their financing in order in time. A year or so ago this would not have been the least bit surprising, but in today’s market, it’s a blessing.
Deep breath.
The woman who is buying it is a single woman near to my age who works from home. She’s had her eye on my complex for a long time and when she saw that a rare one bedroom came on the market, she jumped on it. She REALLY wants this condo. It is SO MUCH like the situation for me when I bought the condo. I’m happy for her.
Now we embark on the process to get to closing.
