Baby died..miscommunication fear in Life of a Mama Cat

 My husband told me yesterday he has sad news baby died. Here I am having a meltdown in the kitchen at the Ronald McDonald house asking why didn't the nurse call me!? I am here I started panicking getting ready to see my Leo believing he is deceased to discover my husband said no I didn't get it mom's dog name Baby passed away. I was relieved it wasn't my son but it didn't stop me from ugly crying in the kitchen at the Ronald McDonald house. I loved that dog. My husband buried the dog for us since we are 2 hours away. Baby good dog great personality but very old. Talan believes Baby died in his sleep. I will miss him and I love him. :(
