Battle of the genders in Voices Windward

I have never met or even seen a comment of a feminist who doesn’t agree that Patriarchy has had a negative effect on men IE the “macho” enforcement bullshit that comes with complimentary gender dynamics ie all the men are hunter gathers, soldiers etc and no tears, be rough! toughen up! or that aren’t also sexually objectified.

I do not understand why Anti-Feminists persist on using “Men get a hard deal too” as an argument against Feminism.

It seems to me that most people seem to either have a crass understanding of the concept of feminism and understanding of patriarchy in a historical and sociological form or simply equate misandry to feminism as an single entity.

Further a lot of MRA’s and anti-feminists spend quite too much time attacking Feminism as entity for not questioning and arguing against the more abuse and delinquent portions of the movement while completely ignoring the aspects of their own cause that is equally abuses and delinquent (if not more so due to context and content).

This is ignoring the fact that a great deal of time and effort from both camps is spent consistently attacking the other, usually with weak or fallacious points or images that make a big statement but have very little logic.

Seems to me both movements, an every in a state of flux feminism and the pubescent male rights advocacy need to focus less on demonising the other movement but on raising awareness of the issues that affect them because after all the spiteful bullshit they are actually the same movement; one that seeks a society that treats the genders and sexes various in a equal manners and allows us equal determination in our love, our vocation and education while manifesting a paradigm in which no one feels persistent sexual fear of any nature.

// A great portion of this all seems to be shallow and crass minds spitting vile then, political aspirational making grand statements based of it while the wise words that would forward our society get washed away.
