set the mood in Book Two

So I have a good friend that I have never met. Allen. It’s one of the joys of having a Youtube channel, lots of online friends.

One guy that I met said that having a YouTube channel was an excellent calling card. That was Eric. With Eric, he came to Kaohsiung on Boxing Day. I met him at the Formosa Station and we had breakfast. I said to him, ‘you know all about me, why don’t you tell me about yourself.’
And he did. We walked and walked and talked and talked.

We spent the morning together and then his missus arrived from Tainan and I never saw him again. We shared a couple of things on Instagram but then he was back to California and I was still in Taiwan, still there for another 4 months.

So anyway, Allen, my online good friend is on his way to Taiwan. Allen and I share things on instagram almost everyday. When I was in Taiwan, he would give me ideas for videos. He’d send me a news story about the largest 7 Eleven opening in Kaohsiung and I would go there and make a ‘quest’ video.

I’m looking forward to him visiting Taiwan next week. He makes videos too. Maybe he will use the music I use. That would be a good inside joke for us.
