$100 golf shirt in Book Two

I was told by an American friend yesterday that my estimation of $60 for a nice golf shirt is too low. It would likely be over $80. That would put it over $100 in Canada. For that I could go to Walmart and get a dozen t-shirts. Although the quality is poor, they would last as long - probably longer than a really nice golf shirt. Bonus –> I wouldn’t have to worry about getting paint or food on them. That’s how my mind works. I’m not the kind of guy who appreciates nice things.

I do appreciate good service though and that seems to have gone out the window since covid. I called the pool guys a month ago and I’m half certain they said May 26. But it could have been may 29. I’m dyslexic that way. I have a fear that they have forgotten about me so if they don’t come today I’m looking for someone else tomorrow. Passive aggressive.

I was watching camera videos last night and this morning I checked into Bob’s Utopia to see about notes. I am itching already to get back at my style of cinematic travel videos. I can’t do it here. I left my 360 camera in Taiwan.

Actually with the weather the way it is, I forgot it was spring - a had a senior moment - I said to the missus as we were passing the concession stand in the park was going to close for the season soon. Duh it’s spring not fall. I forgot. Should I be worried?
