I thought that I am already in my healing era until I started watching Frieren.
It still hurts to the point where I am bawling my eyes out watching every episode. I guess I really like to torture myself hahaha.
I feel like I almost have the same experience with Frieren about Himmel, except for the age gap between them.
Frieren carries her regret not getting to know more about Himmel while Himmel on the other hand dies of old age waiting for her after they go their own ways after their journey.
I'm just so sad for her that she always reminiscing about Himmel and that they did not end up together. Himmel was already dead but he still lives on her memories and had many flashbacks about him.
Anyway, I can't stop watching because this show is so so good.
