Whoops! Almost forgot to do an entry for today. We’re currently heading to Wits! WHEE!
Today has been mildly obnoxious. Earlier, when I was opening up the bows of my glasses snapped off at the metal mooring point. I’ve had these glasses for a while but have only just started wearing them consistently in the past three weeks. Arg. Of course, the place where I got them is closed tomorrow. Luckily I have a spare pair that’s in good condition, but they’re my more dress up glasses so they aren’t ideal. Then, sometime last week I realized I was missing my drivers permit (someday I’ll get my license, I swear!). I cannot remember last time I used it and I looked everywhere I thought it might be. Nothing else is missing, though, so that’s good at least. I’m hoping I just put it somewhere stupid. So I really need to take care of these things go this week but I start my Raptor Center rotation this week and have no idea what the hours are because no one has emailed me info on it yet. In theory, I start at 8am on Monday. Blerg.
Anyway, if you want a more interesting a different thoughtful entry, go back one.
I’m going to go laugh at Wits and have a good time :-)
