  1. I like to exercise. Genuinely! Not ALL kinds of exercise are the most exciting to me, but I like to move my body, run around, play team sports, dance, all sorts of things. I like sweating, too.

  2. I’m not a saint when it comes to eating since I like EVERYTHING, but I eat fruits and veggies daily. I might not have 5 servings every day, but I think most days I get 5. Ever since I was a little kid, my mom said “Five a day!” and we did it (most of the time).

  3. I do not bottle emotions. I have good relationships in my life, people to talk to and lean on when I need them.
