No TV for us :( in Another Open Diary refugee

John ordered a 55” tv in a ‘super sale’ that turned out to be a big oops on the part of whoever manages the Dell website… they dithered about it for three days, and now they decided that nope, they’re not going to give away 55” tvs for half price, so they cancelled the order. Oh well, it wasn’t meant to be… we’ll never in our lifetimes be able to afford a thousand dollar tv! Hopefully we’ll be able to find something a bit smaller at a decent price. We really do need something larger in the living room than a 32” screen. (sigh)

i love my vizio 37" tv in my family room. if the one in my bedroom ever dies i'll get a 42" tv for the family room and put the one that's there now in here in the bedroom. i think a 55" would feel like a movie theater in the family room. that's so big. they have some good sales at walmart. i got a 39" emerson tv for angela for under $400. take care,

Keep checking WalMart, they put the larger ones on clearance a lot and with the holidays coming up, they are usually on sale for really good prices.
