I am finally going to write an entry! Last I wrote was October 2022 and A LOT has happened, mostly good but some lows.
Got married to bob December 2022. Flew to Vegas and even tho it was cold, 40s, had a blast! Flew in on a Sunday and out on a red eye Wednesday. We got married in front of the bellagio at 6 with the fountains going off, saw a cirque du soleil—-mystique, it was fantastic! Took a helicopter ride into the Grand Canyon and just chilled the rest of the time there.
My oldest GD, Princess L. got married September 2022 and made me a great the following September to adorable Beau who is almost 9 mos old and oh so precious.
PrincessM graduated this year from high school and PrincessE will be a freshman, PrinceN is going to 6th grade and PrincessA is 3-1/2. She started going to a preschool two days a week and she is doing really well there (she is special needs)
Bob and I went to Costa Rica December 2023 for 10 days and I would definitely go back in a heartbeat. Did a volcano trek, hanging bridges, waterfall, zip lining (absolutely amazing) and snorkeling.
Still working part time, 3 days a week at the courthouse but since we will be fully staffed by the end of the year, plus I will be 70 in September, not sure if I will continue. I really still enjoy my job but we shall see.
Low is my “boys” 🐈🐈(Otis and myles) went over the rainbow bridge about two months apart. Otis suffered from seizures for about a year and myles developed kidney disease and had a heart murmur and even tho both were being treated it eventually was time to say goodbye. Otis was at the vet but myles went at home. Ironically I had gotten both about 2 months apart some almost 15 yrs ago. Bob is not a cat/pet person but he misses them altho he says no more. We shall see, my heart needs time to heal.
Now I am off to read some of you.
