For many years there had been competition for souls between the Protestants and the Catholics. At the time of the translation of the Bible commanded by King James, the question was to what extent would the Pope interfere.

This book, an intrigue based on that time, is well written, a fun read… and one that sent me to the Internet more than once to look up references and allusions.

Men have secrets and those secrets can make or break them…
