I’m still selling stuff on my local buy and sell Facebook group. It’s addicting lol. I’ve now made $130 in the last few days and still have more stuff that could sell :) And someone placed a big jamberry order last night and my husband was like “As if you just made $30 while we were watching a movie” haha. That’s what rocks about having a side business where people can order anytime from my website. I just earned a bonus from Jamberry from getting one recruit, having one party and getting a certain amount of sales in September. I get $75 in product credit and $50 extra pay. So now I can use that $75 credit to buy myself 9 sets of wraps and sell those 9 for about $150, so really it’s more like a $200 bonus. Now do you understand why I am loving being a part of this business? Lol. I still have to sell 6 sets on their way to me too for $100. In short, after a month with the business I will have made about $450! Oh and I have a couple more small bonuses coming to me soon too so that’s probably more like $500. And no this wasn’t hard to do. Let me know if you are interested in joining my team and making extra money too :)
Mike and I went to a movie last night since we had my MIL here. It was what we decided to do for our anniversary because we really miss going to the movies. We love munching some popcorn, watching long previews for movies we are excited about and then losing ourselves in whatever we chose to watch. Not much was playing so we decided to watch “Let’s be cops” and guess what? It was absolutely hilarious! Omg lol. I love laughing endlessly at movies :) My MIL is so chicken of the kids freaking out for her so we went to the movies after the kids were in bed but whatever, it was great. The main two actors had such great chemistry. I just want to watch it again lol.
I made some whole wheat banana raisin muffins for the kids today since I had a ton of bananas that were about to be too ripe to eat. And they’re delicious of course lol. We also cleaned as usual today and now I am going to watch movies :) and maybe my kids. If I have to lol.
We got the worst news yesterday :( Our next door neighbors are also friends of ours. They moved in a couple months before us 2.5 years ago. We share a driveway with them since we live in townhouses. We often hang out with them like by sharing dinner or playing with the kids together. We go to their place for game night every Saturday night and lock our door and bring the baby monitors over. We have had so much fun being neighbors and now it’s come to an end. They broke up. And they’re only 22 so both are moving back in with their parents and selling the house. It’s so sad :( Mike works with the guy so he’ll see him at work but I will probably never see her again because her parents don’t live close. I feel so horrible that things had to end this way. Apparently neither of them were happy and she told me they didn’t have enough in common and he wasn’t putting enough effort into the relationship. And so now they have to deal with the huge complication of splitting their stuff, moving it all, deciding who is going to take the 3 cats and dog they have, separating their bank accounts and selling the house. Crazy! Someone told me that, in general, if you try to sell your house less than 5 years after buying it, you will lose money because of all of the fees involved. So yeah. That really sucks :( I am going to miss them so much.
