why in Depression

What did I do to deserve this? Did I do something in a previous life to make the universe hate me and think ‘okay we’ll get back at her by giving her a crippling depression’ ?What have I done to make this okay? Because I don’t understand why this has to happen to me. I hate this life. I’m ready for the next one
