I’ve been out trying some new stuff, me and Niki are kinda getting along so we went out to the record store the other day. She liked it, I think. I know I did and I can’t wait to go back and snag some more LPs. For some reason she picked me up KAMELOT’s ‘Poetry for the Poisoned’ which is probably my favorite Symphonic Metal album ever - ‘The Great Pandemonium’ and ‘The Zodiac’ are some of my favorite tunes period. On the 28th I’m paying for me and her to go see Butcher Babies and Anti-Mortem live, sounds good to me - I don’t mind paying to do some awesome things, I welcome it. Still got to find someone for Nov 16th though, I want to catch ARCH ENEMY pretty badly. I saw Alissa White-Gluz live in her last band, I wouldn’t mind seeing her with the legendary ARCH ENEMY.
Anyhow, I’m also pretty much beginning to get why people like SLAYER. See, I was always sort of thrown off by the overwhelming fan base but now I’m starting to get it - I really am. I think I might see if I can pick up a LP if I can find one but nothing extreme. I’m also checking out SAXON cause I saw their LP at the store and I dunno, might check it out if I like a good bit of their stuff. I also got a free CD from a local band, sweet. They are pretty good! I think good things are in the future - though some home issues still exist, things are going OK.
