Ugh in General Chatterboxing

Nearly 2 weeks post partum and i weigh EXACTLY what i did when i gave birth. I havent lost ANYTHING. Ive been busy, running around. I dont eat fast food, the only thing i indulge in is a fountain soda. I eat healthy ish. We dont have a bucket of money to eat organic but we generally eat meat rice or potatoes and veggies. Thats it. I get ice cream every now and again and i got mad ad ate a cinnamon roll yesterday. But it dosent make any difference. I probably dont eat enough calories but i cant help but think its the soda killing me too.
But im going to go back to the 8 hr diet. Its hard to not eat till noon when you are hungry. And im hungry. its 11 30. But i lost 20 lbs last time. I have 40 to loose!! So im sitting here with water, my nemesis. I hate it, Forcing myself to drink it. I miss the lame ass water machine, it was easier to drink. The ionized water stuff.
Im HUNGRY omg. But i need to get back on my eating schedule. noon to 8 pm. No snacking before or after. Eating breakfast seriously damns me. IT sets me up for snacking all day. I learned my body lol. So please dont tell me you have to eat breakfast. If i do, im hungry all day and cant stop eating. And that is part of the problem. I started eating cereal. Nope. Gotta stop. Back to my time frame. THAT works. I felt good. I lost weight. I had energy. Granted i prob wont have energy with having a almost 2 month old baby. But still lol.
